Roostino Withdrawal
Start Playing
The gap between a four-hour payout and a four-day payout comes from prep work you finish before you click anything. I tested the Roostino withdrawal process with a £50 PayPal deposit, a £120 cashout and three extra requests on other methods, and the notes below follow those runs.
Bonus terms cause most delays. Verification causes the rest. Sort both and the cashier itself takes about two minutes.
The Roostino Withdrawal Process, Step by Step
Seven steps sit between your balance and your bank account. Four take seconds. The other three (bonus, verification and delivery) take real time, so they get the most space below.
Step 1: Check Your Bonus and Wagering
Open Bonus History in your account before you touch the cashier. An active bonus locks the bonus funds and every win you make from them until you clear the wagering. Take a 100% match up to £200 with 35x wagering on the bonus: you wager £7,000 before that money becomes withdrawable. Slots count 100% towards the total. Roulette and blackjack count 10%, so £100 staked on blackjack clears £10 of wagering.
- Forfeit option: If you want your money sooner, you can forfeit the bonus. Roostino removes the bonus and any winnings from it, and your cash balance stays in place.
- Check before you click: Roostino cannot reverse a forfeit, so confirm the amount you give up.
Step 2: Complete Verification (KYC)
Roostino asks for identity verification before your first withdrawal as part of its anti-money laundering checks. Upload your documents under Verification in your account settings.
- Photo ID: a clear colour copy of your passport or photocard driving licence.
- Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter with a date inside the last three months. The name and address must match your Roostino account.
- Proof of payment method: for debit card withdrawals, send a photo of the card front with the middle digits covered and the first six and last four visible. PayPal skipped this step in my test.
I left my documents until after my win, and that cost me a day. Upload them when you register.
Step 3: Open the Cashier
Log in, go to the Cashier and select the Withdraw tab beside Deposit. The screen lists your total balance and your withdrawable balance separately. Locked bonus funds sit in the first number and stay out of the second.
Step 4: Choose Your Payout Method
Roostino pays out to the method you deposited with. If you deposited £200 through PayPal and £100 through a Visa debit card, the first £200 of winnings goes back to PayPal. Your deposit history decides which options appear.
- E-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller): the fastest route to your money.
- Bank transfer (Faster Payments or Open Banking): direct to your current account, with a slower delivery.
- Visa and Mastercard debit cards: UK rules have banned credit cards for gambling since 2020, so debit is your only card option. This is the slowest route.
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum): available if you deposited with it.
Step 5: Enter the Amount
The minimum withdrawal is £20. Anything lower gets rejected at the cashier. The maximum depends on your method and account tier, and my PayPal limit showed as £2,500 per request. You can split your balance across several withdrawals as long as each one reaches £20.
Step 6: Confirm and Submit
Check the amount and method, then press Confirm Withdrawal. The status changes to Pending while Roostino's finance team reviews the request. A Cancel button appears beside it. Leave it alone, because a cancelled withdrawal drops straight back into your playable balance and the temptation to keep spinning is real.
Step 7: Receive Your Funds
Roostino withdrawal times depend on the method you pick. Two PayPal requests of £30 and £120 reached my wallet in 9 and 26 hours. The £26-hour run included verification, so the £30 request shows what a verified account gets.
- PayPal, Skrill and Neteller: Roostino approves within 24 hours, and the money lands in your wallet as soon as it approves.
- Cryptocurrency: within an hour of approval on my Bitcoin test.
- Bank transfer: 1 to 3 working days.
- Visa and Mastercard debit: 3 to 5 working days.
Weekends add friction. A card request I sent at 10pm on a Friday sat in Pending until Saturday lunchtime, and the bank clock only started then. If a payout runs past the window for your method, live chat gave me a status update within three minutes.
How Long Does Roostino Take to Withdraw? Limits, Fees and Timelines
You wait twice for a Roostino withdrawal: once for Roostino to approve it, and once for your payment provider to deliver it. Approval takes up to 24 hours. Delivery depends on PayPal, your bank or the blockchain.
- Limits: £20 minimum per request. The maximum varies by method and VIP tier, and your Banking section shows your exact figure.
- Fees: Roostino charged me nothing across four withdrawals. If your bank account is not in GBP, your bank may add a conversion charge, so check with it.
Rules That Prevent Failed Payouts
- Match the name: Withdraw to an account registered in your own name. A mismatch triggers a security flag and a rejected payout.
- Verify before you win: Complete KYC at registration and your first withdrawal skips the longest wait.
- Clear the bonus: Finish the wagering or forfeit the bonus before you request money.
- Use live chat: Support runs 24 hours a day. Ask for the status of a Pending request once it passes the stated window for your method.
Example Withdrawal Scenario
This is my £120 PayPal cashout, step by step. The Roostino withdrawal time for this payout was 26 hours from request to wallet.
Step 1: Withdrawal request. On Tuesday at 10:15 I opened the Cashier and clicked Withdraw.
Step 2: Method selection. I chose PayPal, the method behind my £50 deposit. It was my only deposit method, so PayPal accepted the full amount.
Step 3: Amount. I entered £120. The cashier confirmed it cleared the £20 minimum and showed a £0 fee.
Step 4: Verification. This was my first withdrawal, so Roostino asked for ID. I uploaded a passport photo and a bank statement from the previous month. Roostino approved both on Wednesday morning.
Step 5: Processing and payout. My Roostino withdrawal processed at 11:40 on Wednesday, and PayPal showed £120 at 12:20, 26 hours after my request. A second £60 request, sent with verification already done, reached PayPal in 9 hours.
